Welcome to Ta’ Nina Boutique, a luxurious boutique hotel located in the heart of Malta. You acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions by making a reservation with us. Kindly take the time to properly read them.

• Reservations

To guarantee your desired dates, we advise making reservations in advance. All reservations are subject to availability

Reservations can be made through our website via email/phone or through our listing on Airbnb or Booking.com.

• Allergies and Medical Conditions

Guests with any allergies (including food, environmental or other sensitivities) are kindly requested to inform us at the time of booking via a direct message, Airbnb or Booking.com. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests are responsible for communicating any specific needs or concerns prior to arrival.

• Check-in and Check-out

Upon arrival or during your first breakfast, identity documents must be provided by the reception desk for a copy.

Check-in time: 15:00HRS onwards.                          Check-out time: before 11:00HRS.

Guests must return their key card at reception upon departure. If checking out outside reception hours, kindly leave the key cards on your room desk.

• Room Occupancy

The maximum occupancy for each room type is as follows:

• Il – Pitkali: 2 guests
• Kapella San Bert: 2 guests
• It – Tomba: 2 guests
• Suq: 4 guests (12years +)
• It – Truncieri: 2 guests
• L – Imdina: 2 guests

Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or booking cancellation.

• Payment and Cancellation

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellations made 15 days before the check-in date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Guest Conduct

During the stay, guests are expected to show consideration for the property, the personnel, and other visitors.

Additional fees could be incurred for any damage to the property or its contents.

• Amenities and Services

Every room has the amenities that are mentioned on our website. Any further requests will be fulfilled in accordance with availability.

Any personal belongings left by guests are not the responsibility of Ta’ Nina Boutique.

• Liability

During your visit, Ta’ Nina Boutique will not be responsible for any mishaps, injuries or belongings damages.

• Privacy

• Changes to Terms & Conditions

Ta’ Nina Boutique maintains the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend or change these terms and conditions.
